Job Description
Job Overview:
FNA is a leading facility management company specializing in comprehensive estate and property services across Lagos State. We provide professional management of residential and commercial properties, including operations oversight, security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security management, maintenance, vendor coordination, and tenant relations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily estate operations and maintain infrastructure (roads, utilities, landscaping). Supervise security personnel, implement surveillance, and manage emergency plans. Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial transparency. Handle resident relations, conflict resolution, and community engagement. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, enforce bylaws, and manage vendor contracts. Hire, train, and supervise staff; monitor performance and optimize service delivery. Manage digital records and reports using spreadsheets and property management software (e.g., Google GSuite or similar).
Required Qualifications:
Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in property management software, and financial acumen.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in property management or a similar role, with a track record of successful estate operations.
Languages:
Fluency in English is required.
