2 Hour Learning is revolutionizing English and Language Arts instruction through sophisticated data analysis, pioneering AI integration, and comprehensive subject expertise.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Examine student reading and writing performance metrics, build AI-driven tools, create adaptive learning sequences, collaborate with specialists, and convert literature into interactive learning experiences.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in teaching or developing ELA curriculum; basic coding abilities; experience with AI systems; excellent communication skills.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
Experience:
3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes.
Languages:
English
Additional Notes:
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, equating to $100,000 USD/year.
