Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Associate who can take ownership of execution, not just assist. This role is for someone who can plan, create, and deliver marketing tasks independently without constant supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Own and execute the weekly content calendar (planning creation publishing), Write clear, engaging captions and marketing copy, Manage and respond to inbound messages across platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.), Support campaign execution (events, launches, promotions), Work with designers/video editors and ensure timely delivery, Step in to handle basic content tasks (e.g., simple edits using tools like CapCut when needed), Track performance and provide weekly reports (what worked, what didn’t).
Required Qualifications:
1–3 years experience in marketing, content, or social media, Strong writing and communication skills, Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.), Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, High level of accountability and responsiveness, Able to use Google workspace.
