Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and strategic HR Manager with strong expertise in performance management to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage the company’s performance management framework; Lead performance appraisal processes (KPIs, OKRs, reviews, and feedback systems); Partner with department heads to align individual goals with business objectives; Identify performance gaps and develop actionable improvement plans; Drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity initiatives; Oversee disciplinary processes and ensure compliance with HR policies; Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related matters; Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for strategic decision-making; Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Minimum of 4 years HR experience, with a strong focus on performance management; Proven experience designing and implementing performance management systems; Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and Nigerian labor laws; Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: Minimum of 4 years HR experience, with a strong focus on performance management
