Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven product & growth marketer (Fintech) to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our fintech products. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between product, marketing, and sales—owning the full growth funnel from awareness to conversion and retention.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing fintech products. Drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. Plan and execute growth campaigns across digital channels (paid ads, social media, email, referrals, etc.). Analyze user behavior and optimize conversion funnels. Run A/B tests and experiments to improve product performance. Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to align growth initiatives. Identify and leverage new growth opportunities and channels. Track and report on key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rate, retention, churn, ROI). Develop messaging and positioning that resonates with target users. Gather and interpret customer insights to improve product-market fit.
Required Qualifications: 3–5 years experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or performance marketing (preferably in fintech or tech). Strong understanding of growth funnels (Acquisition Activation Retention Revenue). Experience with digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, etc.). Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.). Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action. Strong problem-solving and experimentation skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
