Job Overview: We are seeking a disciplined, proactive, and results-driven business development & sales officer to support the growth and operational structure of the company. This is a hybrid role focusing on revenue generation and client acquisition, as well as supporting internal operations.
Duties and Responsibilities: Revenue Generation (80%): Identify and research qualified prospects, conduct outreach, present services, book consultations, follow up and convert prospects, maintain sales pipeline, achieve revenue targets, track outreach and activities. Internal Structure & Operational Support (20%): Organize company records, maintain client tracking systems, support proposals and agreements, ensure documentation is accessible, contribute to operational processes. Client Meeting Coordination: Organize meeting space, coordinate client experience, prepare documents, support meeting flow, handle follow-up communication.
Required Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development, demonstrated ability to close deals, strong communication and negotiation skills, organized and detail-oriented, professional appearance, comfortable engaging senior decision-makers.
