Job Overview: The sales & business development manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies; Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets; Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners; Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; Conduct market research and competitor analysis; Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates; Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to improve performance; Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business deals; Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer acquisition strategies; Attend meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company; Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalated client issues.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field; 5–6 years of proven experience in sales and business development roles; Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; Experience in team leadership or supervisory role; Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities; Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; Knowledge of market trends and customer behavior; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
