Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic human resources manager to oversee all HR functions and support organisational growth.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives; Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes; Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution; Design and implement performance management systems; Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; Lead compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews; Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives; Supervise and mentor the HR team; Oversee training and development programs; Maintain HR records, reports, and analytics for decision-making.
Required Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; 5–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role; Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is an added advantage; Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices; Proven leadership and team management experience; Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; High level of integrity and confidentiality; Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools; Adaptability to the informal sector; Ability to move across the company locations.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: 5–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
Languages: English
