Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies tailored to business goals. Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to resonate with their needs and preferences. Plan and manage content calendars for various digital platforms. Create compelling, brand-aligned content (text, graphics, videos) for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing. Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals and promotional materials. Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all digital channels. Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter). Plan and execute creative campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and community building. Respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner. Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms. Conduct A/B testing to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Track and analyze KPIs, including reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversions. Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to monitor trends and optimize strategies.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, email automation tools). Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role.
