Job Overview: The MEAL Officer will be responsible for ensuring the program’s effectiveness through the design, implementation, and management of a robust MEAL system that aligns with international standards.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop robust MEAL plans, systems, processes and tools; conduct regular quality monitoring visits; train program team on data collection; update Indicator Performance Tracking Tables; conduct field monitoring visits; support coordinator" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">MEAL Coordinator during evaluations.
Educational Background: BSc or equivalent in relevant fields.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience working in MEAL for Humanitarian/developmental organizations.
Languages: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; good knowledge of local area and local language.
