Job Description
Job Overview:
The Commercial Operator is responsible for coordinating and supporting all commercial and operational activities related to Ship-to-Ship (STS) operations, ensuring effective communication and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain daily communication with TFL vessels and customer tankers, coordinate vessel movements, manage STS questionnaires, provide operational updates, complete daily data entry and reports, manage vetting activities, ensure adherence to safety procedures, liaise with stakeholders, and identify opportunities for improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline; proven experience in an analytical role, preferably within maritime, shipping, or logistics industries; strong proficiency in data analysis tools.

Experience:
Proven experience in an analytical role, preferably within maritime, shipping, or logistics industries.
