Job Description
Job Overview:
Speechify is seeking a Windows Desktop Application Developer to lead the design and development of native Windows applications, ensuring accessibility and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications. Define best practices for Windows desktop development. Drive accessibility efforts and collaborate with product designers and stakeholders. Take ownership of the full lifecycle of features and resolve complex issues.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, and ideally C++. Strong understanding of Windows application architecture and experience with accessibility APIs. Excellent software engineering fundamentals and strong communication skills.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Experience:
Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping production-quality desktop applications with an emphasis on reliability and performance.
