Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a forward thinking Human Resources Manager to build and nurture talent across our businesses while creating a modern, engaging employee experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify, attract, and onboard high‑potential talent across technology, consulting, sales, and operations roles. Develop HR practices that engage, motivate, and retain Gen Z and millennial employees. Act as a strategic HR business partner to leadership across all business lines. Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, including employee relations, policies, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes. Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Design and run onboarding, learning, and development initiatives for technical and non‑technical teams.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within technology, professional services, or fast‑growing organisations. Proven experience managing multi‑generational teams, with strong insight into Gen Z workforce dynamics. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Ability to balance people‑centric thinking with business outcomes. Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience working in or supporting hybrid/remote teams is an advantage. CIPM or other relevant HR certification is a plus.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or a related field.

Experience:
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within technology, professional services, or fast‑growing organisations.
