Job Overview: GAIN is seeking to recruit a Logistics Assistant to support day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation coordination, warehouse support, and delivery execution.
Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in planning and coordinating inbound and outbound movement of staff, maintain accurate inventory records, complete Purchase Orders, support in facilitating conferences and workshops, conduct market surveys for procurement planning, manage asset verification, coordinate airport transportation, maintain supplier information, prepare procurement documents, coordinate dispatch and delivery schedules, communicate with drivers, and monitor vehicle usage.
Required Qualifications: Hands-on experience in logistics and procurement, strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, excellent communication and negotiating skills, organized, attentive to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
