Job Overview: We are seeking an Executive Assistant who will serve as a highly organized and proactive professional to provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO within a fast-paced construction environment.
Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, act as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders, prepare and manage correspondence and reports, support project coordination, organize travel arrangements, maintain documentation, monitor incoming requests, assist in preparing reports for management meetings, handle confidential information, and other responsibilities as assigned by the CEO.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role. Experience in a construction, engineering, or project-based environment is an added advantage. Proven experience supporting senior executives or management teams. Strong understanding of office management and administrative best practices.

Additional Notes: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with project coordination tools, basic understanding of construction processes, strong reporting and documentation skills.
