Job Overview:
The Site Engineer at Popville Luxury Homes Limited is responsible for overseeing the technical and on-site execution of construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery in line with the company’s premium standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. Monitor site progress, resolve technical challenges, and provide on-the-spot solutions to maintain smooth operations. Ensure all construction works meet Popville’s luxury quality standards and comply with industry best practices. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on materials, workmanship, and completed work. Develop and manage detailed work schedules to align activities with project milestones. Coordinate subcontractors, artisans, and suppliers to prevent delays and ensure smooth workflow. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions. Maintain proper documentation of technical drawings, design changes, and project records. Collaborate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment on site. Provide timely updates to the Project Director on technical issues, risks, and resource needs. Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment to reduce wastage and control project costs. Ensure procurement requests are accurate and align with project requirements. Supervise and guide site workers, subcontractors, and junior engineers to achieve project goals. Promote discipline, teamwork, and a culture of continuous improvement among site staff. Identify potential technical or operational risks that may impact timelines or quality. Recommend proactive solutions to the Project Director to prevent disruptions. Research and apply modern construction techniques, tools, and materials to improve efficiency. Recommend innovative solutions that reinforce Popville’s reputation for luxury and quality. Uphold Popville’s premium image by maintaining professionalism, integrity, and transparency in all site dealings. Ensure all site operations reflect the company’s values and commitment to excellence.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience

Educational Background:
Minimum of a BSc.

3 years
