Job Description
Job Overview:
This position plays a key role in delivering technical assistance and overseeing the coordination of multiple projects in Oyo state within the South-West region, Nigeria.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Cultivate and sustain robust partnerships with key stakeholders, represent Evidence Action in meetings, collaborate on MMS scale-up program, ensure high-quality program implementation, oversee data collation and submission, provide capacity-building support, contribute to monitoring and evaluation, manage state program budget, prepare technical reports and knowledge management materials.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Masters in Public Health or related field with 5+ years’ work experience in program management with community or social enterprises/NGOs.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree or Masters in Public Health, Nutrition, Community Development, International Development.
Experience:
5+ years’ work experience in program management, experience coordinating mass campaigns and multiple projects is a great asset.
Additional Notes:
Strong stakeholder management skills, detail-oriented problem solver, strong negotiation skills, ability to multi-task, demonstrated strong writing and project management skills.
