Job Overview: As a Technical Software License Compliance Analyst and Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring Broadcom customers adherence to software licensing agreements through analysis" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">technical analysis, audits, and compliance monitoring.
Duties and Responsibilities: Review and analyze customer software license agreements, conduct technical audits of software installations, identify instances of non-compliance, generate audit reports, advise customers on license entitlement definitions, build customer relationships, assess risks associated with non-compliance, maintain accurate records of software licenses, develop repeatable processes for license compliance, establish relationships with third-party audit partners, provide training on software licensing best practices.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred plus 12+ years of related work experience, or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred plus 10+ years of related work experience. Proven experience in technical roles within the software industry, strong technical expertise in software installations, in-depth knowledge of software licensing models, excellent analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented mindset, relevant certifications are a plus.
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Experience: 12+ years of related work experience for Bachelor's degree holders or 10+ years for Master's degree holders.
