Job Overview:
The Medical Director plays a foundational role in the establishment and launch of the clinic, overseeing clinical operations, developing clinical protocols, and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the development of clinical protocols, oversee clinical workflows, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, support clinic licensing, and participate in service rollout planning. Serve as a liaison for patient care coordination and ensure quality standards are met.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS / MBChB + MDCN) active license in Nigeria, Registered Nurse and Matron (RN/BSN) qualification, minimum of 5 years experience in outpatient or primary healthcare settings, experience in clinical workflow development, strong leadership and communication skills.
Educational Background:
Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS / MBChB) and Registered Nurse and Matron (RN/BSN) qualification recognized in Nigeria.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in outpatient or primary healthcare settings, with experience in clinical workflow or protocol development.
Languages:
English
Additional Notes:
Candidates must be available to begin work approximately 6–8 weeks prior to the planned clinic opening in June 2026. This position is not remote.
