Job Overview: This position plays a key role in delivering technical assistance and overseeing the coordination of multiple projects in Oyo state within the South-West region, Nigeria.
Duties and Responsibilities: Cultivate and sustain robust partnerships with key stakeholders, represent Evidence Action in meetings, collaborate on program implementation, ensure quality program execution, oversee data collation and reporting, support monitoring and evaluation, manage state program budget, and contribute to knowledge management materials.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Masters in Public Health or related field with 5+ years' work experience in program management with community or social enterprises/NGOs.
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or Masters in Public Health, Nutrition, Community Development, International Development.
Experience: 5+ years in program management, experience coordinating mass campaigns and multiple projects is a great asset.
Languages: English
Additional Notes: Strong stakeholder management skills, detail-oriented, effective communicator, team player, alignment with Evidence Action core values.
