Market Intelligence & Insights Analyst

Job Overview:
The Market Intelligence & Insights team is expanding, and we are looking for a highly analytical and customer-obsessed team member to join us as a Market Intelligence & Insights Analyst.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, scripting, and deployment of customer surveys to measure satisfaction, product usage, and market trends. Help organize and eventually conduct customer interviews, focus groups, and usability tests to understand the 'why' behind customer behaviors. Learn to analyze raw data, including survey results and internal metrics, to identify patterns and translate them into actionable insights. Monitor the Nigerian lending and fintech landscape to track competitor products, campaigns, and market positioning. Co-create visually engaging and easy-to-understand reports and presentations for cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Management. Support end-to-end research projects that influence business decisions and strategy.

Required Qualifications:
Experience in Customer Experience, Data Analytics, Product, Operations, or related areas is an advantage. Strong understanding of the company's products, customer base, and operations. No prior formal market research experience is required.
