Duties and Responsibilities: Pipeline generation through outbound prospecting. LinkedIn should be one of your strongest channels, with email, referrals, partnerships, communities, and any other route also in your mix. Qualifying prospects against our ideal customer profile. Discovery conversations, proposal development, and closing. Daily activity reporting. Monthly revenue targets.
Required Qualifications: A proven B2B business development professional with a track record of generating qualified leads and closing deals. Strong LinkedIn lead-generation skills. Comfortable selling technology services (custom software builds, AI projects, ongoing retainers) to founders, COOs, marketing leads, and operations heads. Self-managed and disciplined. Strong written communication.
