Job Overview:
Vertical Solar is a leading provider of Power Backup Solutions, specializing in Solar PV Modules, Solar Inverters, and SMF components designed to simplify and improve lives. As a pioneer in alternative energy solutions, Vertical Solar has successfully executed medium and small-scale solar projects, including supply, design, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Business Accountant will manage financial records, prepare financial statements, support budgeting processes, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Daily responsibilities include monitoring financial transactions, conducting cost analyses, handling payroll, preparing tax returns, and collaborating with team members to optimize financial strategies. The role will also include liaising with external auditors and providing financial insights for decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Cost Analysis; Experience in Tax Preparation, Compliance, and Payroll Management; Knowledge of Accounting Tools and Software, such as QuickBooks, Zoho accounting or similar systems; Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Attention-to-Detail skills; Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Time-Management skills; Familiarity with regulatory financial practices and standards.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience:
Professional certifications like CPA or ACCA are advantageous
