Job Overview:
We are seeking a site-strong Electrical Compliance Engineer to safeguard the integrity of first-fix electrical installations on a high-rise hotel project in Lagos.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Containment routing compliance (conduit, trunking, cable trays), Power vs ELV vs fire segregation, Earthing and bonding backbone validation, Riser coordination and space protection, Panel location and access clearance checks, Concealment approval before closure, NCR issuance and tracking, Electrical risk log ownership, Weekly technical risk reporting.
Required Qualifications:
5–12+ years electrical experience, Strong background in commercial/high-rise/hotel projects, Confident challenging contractors, Experienced in site QA documentation and compliance control, Strong drawing interpretation skills, COREN registration preferred.

This position is not suitable for junior site engineers, pure design engineers, labor supervisors, or procurement managers.
