Job Description
Job Overview:
The Senior HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving people strategies that enable business performance and sustainable growth. This role is responsible for strengthening organizational capability, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring full compliance with Nigerian employment regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business priorities and operational goals; Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives; Provide insights on people metrics to drive informed decision-making; Drive recruitment strategies for critical roles and ensure quality hiring outcomes; Lead performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and improvement plans; Support talent development and succession planning to build leadership pipelines; Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment; Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing; Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and feedback; Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, NDPR, and internal policies; Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally; Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding; Ensure effective HR operations, including payroll coordination, attendance, and benefits administration; Maintain accurate HR records and support internal and external audits; Collaborate with regional/global HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) preferred; Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including leadership exposure; Strong knowledge of Nigerian law" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">labour law and local employment practices; Experience in multinational or cross-cultural environments is an advantage.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:
Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including leadership exposure

Strong business acumen and stakeholder management; Ability to influence and advise senior leaders; Solid understanding of HR compliance and governance; Analytical and data-driven mindset; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
