Job Description
Job Overview:
Plan and execute marketing initiatives that increase traffic, conversions, and overall e-commerce sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end performance tracking of mtn.ng and MTN eShop funnels, monitor transaction drop off diagnostics, design and run controlled A/B tests, coordinate structured tagging frameworks, lead optimization of paid media, analyze behavioral drop off, partner with Product and IT teams, build automated dashboards, and collaborate with Sales and Distribution teams.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Computer Science; additional certifications in Digital Marketing, E-commerce Management, or Data Analytics; training in web analytics tools; courses or certifications in data analysis tools; knowledge of consumer behavior, digital marketing, and online retail operations; APCON Certification; fluent in English.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Computer Science.

Experience:
3 – 7 years’ experience in an area of specialization; experience analyzing online sales performance, website traffic, and customer behavior; hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms; ability to track and optimize conversion rates; experience working with digital marketing teams; strong background in data reporting; experience with A/B testing.

Languages:
Fluent in English
