Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Program Manager to lead our initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities: Drive the execution of CAIN’s mission and strategic goals, ensuring measurable impact, growth, and long-term vision alignment. Design, implement, evaluate, and scale high-impact educational programs across multiple African countries. Collect, manage, and analyze relevant data from all programs. Lead budgeting, financial planning, and reporting. Build and nurture strong relationships with donors, NGOs, government bodies, and corporate partners. Oversee daily operations and manage staff, volunteers, and project teams. Ensure full compliance with local and international regulations. Secure significant funding through grant proposals and strategic partnerships. Monitor trends and introduce innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, Social Sciences, Nonprofit Management, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, nonprofit leadership, fundraising, or a similar role. Proven track record of implementing and evaluating high-impact programs. Proven track record of raising funds through grant writing and donor engagement. Demonstrated expertise in nonprofit compliance. Strong financial management skills. Exceptional stakeholder management experience. Proven leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills. Deep passion for education and social impact.
