Job Overview: Pharmarun provides fast and easy access to medications by aggregating a network of partner pharmacies, enabling seamless prescription fulfilment and delivery for patients and healthcare organisations.
Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across vendor and pharmacy fulfilment partners, manage vendor ops agents responsible for order processing and coordination, ensure timely order confirmation, processing, and dispatch across all partners, monitor vendor responsiveness, stock availability, and service delivery, understand and manage multiple pharmacy aggregation platforms, review and validate medication pricing across vendors, ensure price competitiveness while maintaining margin integrity, resolve pricing discrepancies and vendor billing issues, support efficient sourcing decisions across the network, act as QA lead for vendor ops workflows, ensure agents adhere to fulfilment and customer service SOPs, monitor order accuracy, substitution handling, and escalation management, conduct periodic audits of vendor fulfilment quality, identify process gaps and implement corrective actions, manage and resolve vendor-side escalations, handle complex fulfilment issues (stockouts, substitutions, delays), work cross-functionally with Customer Service and Operations teams, ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs, track vendor and agent performance metrics, monitor fulfilment TAT, order accuracy, and escalation rates, provide weekly insights on vendor performance and operational risks, recommend improvements to drive efficiency and service quality.
Required Qualifications: Pharmacy degree or relevant healthcare / pharmaceutical experience preferred, strong understanding of medication sourcing and pharmacy operations, experience working with pharmacy aggregators or vendor networks, prior experience managing fulfilment or vendor ops teams, strong pricing, negotiation, and analytical skills, high attention to detail and process discipline, ability to manage escalations and make real-time decisions.
