Job Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering client and internal projects across Xcentrique Media. This role ensures smooth coordination between creative, strategy, and execution teams while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end management of client and internal projects from briefing to delivery. Translate client requirements into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, content, strategy, design, and digital). Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively. Serve as the key point of contact for clients during project execution. Ensure all deliverables meet brand, quality, and strategic expectations. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement timely solutions. Support campaign planning and execution where required. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction across all engagements.
Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment. Strong background in marketing, strategy, client account management, or related fields. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability. Comfortable working with both creative and commercial teams.
Experience: Experience working in a marketing, media, or communications agency is a strong advantage.
Additional Notes: Nice to Have: Experience managing client accounts in a media/creative agency setting. Familiarity with content production, digital campaigns, and performance marketing. Basic understanding of analytics and reporting tools.
