Job Overview: House Bourgeoisie (HB) is a luxury artisan fragrance house specializing in creating bespoke fragrance identities and olfactive architectures for premium spaces.
Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and establish new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Build relationships with stakeholders, develop proposals, negotiate deals, and manage ongoing partnerships. Conduct market research, engage clients, and present business strategies that align with the company’s vision.
Required Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, sales, and forming strategic partnerships. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Proficiency in market research, proposal development, and client outreach. Understanding of luxury branding, sensory marketing, and high-end brand strategy.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in fragrance, hospitality, or design is a plus.
Languages: English
Additional Notes: Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, and flexibility for in-person engagements in Lagos, Nigeria. Preferably residing on the Island.
