Job Overview:
2 Hour Learning seeks a strategic academic leader capable of aligning execution across varied school environments, elevating academic standards, and serving as the authoritative voice for a movement rooted in evidence-based learning science.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Designing academic frameworks, conducting academic execution reviews, integrating data analysis into assessments, ensuring strategic coherence, and serving as the principal representative of 2 Hour Learning in high-profile contexts.
Required Qualifications:
Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field; at least 7 years in academic or EdTech leadership roles; experience driving learning outcomes and applying AI technologies in education; managing academic teams of 50+ people; interacting directly with students, teachers, or school leaders.
Educational Background:
Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field
Experience:
At least 7 years in academic or EdTech leadership roles, managing teams and driving learning outcomes.
Languages:
English
Additional Notes:
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position with a compensation of $200 USD/hour, equating to $400,000 USD/year.
