Job Overview:
Alles Charis Gas Limited is a growing energy and gas distribution company committed to delivering safe, reliable, and efficient LPG services across its network of stations and operational locations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily logistics activities including product dispatch and fleet movement across stations. Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely distribution of LPG products. Maintain accurate logistics documentation and operational records. Support inventory tracking and reporting related to product movement. Communicate effectively with station managers, drivers, and operational teams to ensure smooth operations. Identify and resolve logistics challenges affecting delivery timelines or operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to company safety standards and operational procedures. Support reporting and analysis of logistics performance where required.

Required Qualifications:
Strong organizational and coordination skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze operational issues and support problem-solving. Proficiency in record keeping and logistics documentation. Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment. Familiarity with logistics coordination, fleet management, or distribution operations is an advantage.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:
Previous experience in logistics coordination, transportation operations, or supply chain support will be an added advantage.
