Job Overview:
The Finance Manager will oversee the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures; overseeing daily activities of the accounting department; preparing financial reports; analyzing financial data; maintaining financial records; assisting other departments; establishing internal controls; coordinating audits; presenting financial recommendations; providing analysis" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">financial analysis; assessing reserves; ensuring training for finance personnel; maintaining internal controls; staying informed on finance industry developments; performing other related duties.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree in MBA or Equivalent; CPA (K) or ACCA is an added advantage; Professional registration: ICPAK.

Master’s degree in MBA or Equivalent
Experience:
15 years of general work experience; 10 years specific to the position.
