Senior Product Manager

Job Overview:
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for high-impact product areas at Joveo. You will own complex, multi-team initiatives end-to-end — setting direction, navigating ambiguity, and shipping products that move meaningful metrics for the world's largest employers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Define multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap for a significant product area. Lead cross-functional teams through complex, high-stakes product initiatives. Drive alignment across engineering, design, data, sales, and executive stakeholders. Own product metrics — set targets, measure results, and drive continuous improvement. Mentor and elevate junior PMs through active coaching and feedback. Conduct market analysis and translate competitive and customer insights into strategy.

Required Qualifications:
Significant product management experience with a track record of shipped, impactful products. Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end. Strong strategic thinking — ability to zoom out on vision while managing execution detail. Deep comfort with data analysis, experimentation, and quantitative decision-making. Experience in B2B SaaS, adtech, HR tech, or marketplace products preferred. Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills.
