Data Scientist

Job Overview:
We are hiring a scientist" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Data Scientist to extract meaningful insights from Joveo's vast datasets and build predictive models that directly improve hiring outcomes for employers globally.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and build predictive models and statistical analyses to solve business problems; Conduct exploratory data analysis on large, complex datasets to surface actionable insights; Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy models into production; Define and monitor key metrics, run A/B experiments, and measure impact; Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders; Maintain data science tooling, notebooks, and reproducible research pipelines.

Required Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Python and the data science stack (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy); Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and experimental design; Experience with machine learning model development and evaluation; Proficiency with SQL and large-scale data querying (BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake); Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and causal inference studies; Ability to present complex analysis clearly to non-technical audiences.
