Job Overview: To drive revenue growth, brand visibility, and daily operational efficiency while overseeing the performance of the front-facing and administrative team.
Duties and Responsibilities: Generate and manage leads from various channels and maintain a database of prospects. Follow up with prospects and convert them into paying clients. Prepare quotations and close deals (with owner guidance where necessary). Track all sales activities and the pipeline to meet monthly revenue targets. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Oversee content creation, including project showcases, videos, and client testimonials. Ensure the brand looks premium and remains consistent across all digital platforms. Build strategic partnerships with interior designers, architects, and developers. Supervise the Front Desk and Branch Admins to ensure all inquiries are handled promptly. Create and enforce simple, effective workflows and processes to ensure operations run smoothly even in the owner's absence. Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to prevent delays. Assign tasks and monitor the performance of all direct reports. Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each role and conduct weekly check-ins. Ensure a high level of accountability and discipline across the team.
Required Qualifications: Strong sales and negotiation ability; leadership and team management; process-driven mindset; creative marketing/branding understanding; and problem-solving skills.
Educational Background: Previous experience in sales and team management is essential.
Experience: Background in furniture, interior design, construction, or a related premium service field is a strong advantage.
