Data Analyst

Job Overview:
We are hiring a Data Analyst to transform Joveo's operational and product data into insights that drive smarter decisions across the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities; Build and maintain dashboards and reports for product, operations, and leadership teams; Define and track KPIs across business functions and product areas; Collaborate with engineers to ensure data quality and pipeline reliability; Design and evaluate A/B tests and present findings with statistical rigor; Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business narratives.

Required Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and analysis; Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase; Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and visualization; Solid understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methods; Experience working with large datasets in cloud warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake); Excellent communication skills — ability to tell stories with data.
