Job Overview: We are seeking an ambitious, analytical, and execution-focused Product ManagerIntern to join our growing team. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants real startup experience building digital products from idea stage to launch.
Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery. Identify user pain points and translate insights into product opportunities. Support product roadmap planning and prioritization. Analyze trends, customer behavior, and industry shifts. Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and feature briefs. Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders during execution. Participate in sprint planning, standups, testing, and releases. Help ensure products are delivered on time and aligned with business goals. Track KPIs such as acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, and revenue metrics. Build reports and dashboards to support decisions. Use data to recommend product improvements. Measure product experiments and feature performance. Gather user feedback from surveys, support channels, and interviews. Improve onboarding flows and user journeys. Help design product experiences that are intuitive and scalable. Brainstorm new features, monetization ideas, and market expansion strategies. Assist in launching new products or services. Support growth experiments across web, mobile, USSD, fintech, gaming, AI, logistics, or digital platforms depending on projects.
Required Qualifications: Strong interest in Product Management, startups, technology, or innovation. Excellent communication and structured thinking skills. Strong problem-solving mindset. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. High ownership mentality and willingness to learn quickly. Comfortable working with ambiguity.
Educational Background: Background in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: Experience leading projects, campus initiatives, or side businesses. Understanding of Agile / Scrum is a plus.
