Job Overview: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market share, focusing on strategic partnerships and long-term client acquisition within the interior design, construction, and real estate sectors.
Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and penetrate new market segments, develop and execute a structured business development plan, lead negotiations for agreements, monitor industry trends, build and nurture relationships, manage key accounts, source leads, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, collaborate cross-functionally, and track performance.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; 3–5 years’ experience in business development or B2B sales; proven track record of securing high-value contracts; strong understanding of the Lagos real estate and interior design ecosystem; excellent negotiation and presentation skills; proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years’ experience in business development, key account management, or B2B sales, preferably within interior solutions, construction materials, real estate, or luxury goods.
