Duties and Responsibilities: Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps. Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition and retention for Kenkeputa’s digital products. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to launch new features and optimise existing ones based on data-driven insights. Analyse user behaviour and product metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Design and run experiments to optimise acquisition, activation, and retention. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
Required Qualifications: Strong understanding of growth frameworks, analytics tools, and experimentation techniques. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical or growth-focused role.
Languages: English
