Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Architect with proven experience in high-rise building projects to join our team in Ikoyi, Lagos.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and present architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings for high-rise developments. Prepare working drawings, specifications, and construction documentation. Liaise with structural, MEP engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Review and approve contractor drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions. Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate approvals with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies. Identify and resolve on-site design challenges efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, or similar tools. Strong understanding of construction methods, detailing, and materials. Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage site coordination effectively. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Background:
HND / B.Sc in Architecture from an institution.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience, with at least 2–3 years on high-rise or multi-storey projects.
