Job Description
Job Overview:
Anfani is building systems that accelerate access to clean, reliable, and affordable energy across Africa. We help businesses and communities transition to sustainable energy solutions through our renewable energy brokerage, financing, technical validation, and emerging infrastructure platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day financial operations across projects and internal company activities, support invoicing, payment tracking, reconciliation, expense coordination, and financial documentation, maintain organized records of operational and financial activities, support preparation of internal financial reports, dashboards, and operational summaries, assist with project-level financial tracking and analysis, support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring activities, coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and regulatory consultants, support tax, statutory, and compliance-related filings and documentation, help maintain compliance with financial and operational processes, support financial coordination for renewable energy projects and strategic initiatives, assist with financial documentation related to funds, projects, and other partnerships, track project-related operational and financial deliverables, help improve financial systems, operational processes, and reporting structures, identify inefficiencies and support implementation of better operational workflows, support the implementation of internal controls and accountability systems, work closely with Operations, Business Development, Technical, and Strategic Projects teams, support preparation of financial information for proposals, partnerships, and stakeholder engagements, assist leadership with ad-hoc operational and financial tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:
Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-moving and evolving environment, proactive and willing to take ownership, strong communicator with good follow-through, flexible enough to contribute beyond strict job descriptions, aligned with Anfani’s values of Trust, Respect, and Communication.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:
4–8 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, financial analysis, or project finance support.

Languages:
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets required, experience with financial modelling is an advantage, familiarity with energy, infrastructure, funds is a plus.

Additional Notes:
Professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, etc.) are advantageous.
